Before finding themselves vagrants temporarily hosted in a church, Isacco and Gianni were a physics teacher and a wannabe writer. They both dream to change their lives, thanks to a prism placed in the middle of the church aisle, but they go instead on a charming “voyage”, where there are memories and science, history and poetry, Newton and Goethe...The show is based on the experience of light decomposition in a prism. In the middle of the scene there is scattering of light into the colours of the spectrum, that becomes at the same time a duplex event: metaphor and show. The singularity becomes manifold, the play of black and white, linearity and curving are the themes touched by the mise-en-scene, that avails itself of a story made up of meetings, greetings, texts stolen to philosophy, art and literature. Everything describes a “small” scientific matter that is very frequent and widespread and, at the same time, surprising and complex. And watchers are invited to pass through a path dig among the hard stones of science and the fragile land of poetry at little steps. Discovering, together with the two vagrants, another vision of wealth.

The intense voice of Nagaila, singer and author of remarkable vocal qualities and a taste for research and instrumental use of voice, will accompany the theatre representation.

In collaboration with Ce.R.Co. of Bergamo University.
